#MEAction is launching an initiative that will allow you to help educate your local clinicians, called Postcards to Doctors!
Postcards to Doctors will work a lot like Postcards to Voters. The Postcards to Voters campaign leveraged handwritten postcards to individuals in order to encourage them to vote. Postcards to Doctors will use the same model in order to elicit clinicians in your area to take the Unrest medical education course and attend in-person medical education events.
July 1 was the deadline to submit designs for postcard art and we were awed and inspired by the beauty, warmth, and wry humor infused into the 150(!) submissions we received. It can’t be overstated how many not just worthy but fantastic pieces we received. It was a wrench to choose a collection of just five! Given the incredible beauty of the submissions, we’ve reached out to those who submitted in order to solicit their work for future projects.
We strived to choose not just the best and most beautiful, but different media, subjects, and styles to create a beautiful collection with the aim of convincing clinicians to give our content a second look. Without further ado, we’re pleased to present, in no particular order:
