Listen to Jarred Younger's CDC conference call this Thursday

The latest of the US Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC’s) Patient-Centered Outreach and Communication Activity (PCOCA) telephone conference calls for ME/CFS will take place on Thursday, June 23, and will feature Dr. Jarred Younger.
His talk, which will begin at 3:15 pm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), is titled, “Current and Future Research on ME/CFS Treatments – an Update from the Field”.
Dr. Younger, who is Director of the Neuroinflammation, Pain and Fatigue Lab at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, uses neuroimaging, pharmaceutical, and immunological techniques to investigate the role of inflammation in chronic pain and fatigue, and focuses on ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and Gulf War Syndrome.
The conference call will run from 3 pm to 4 pm and Dr. Younger’s talk will be preceded by CDC updates from Dr. Elizabeth Unger.
Questions can be emailed in advance for both presenters via CFSPCOCACall@cdc.gov and will be addressed at 3:45 pm.

  1. am 57 year old male with cfs and fibro i don’t have me had 2 surgeries and got this awful disease please help all of us out there i live in north dakota and can not travel very well keep me updated
