#MillionsMissing in the News

The #MillionsMissing protest gained worldwide attention in the form of national and local press, including an excellent piece by Rivka Solomon that was first picked up by STAT, a national publication, and then by Business Insider and The Week.  London’s protest was covered by The Evening Standard; and several local radio programs, including BBC Bristol, interviewed protesters around the world.  Newsmaker picked up the protest in Melbourne.
It’s not too late to help get the #MillionsMissing idea out into the world.  Media outlets are often willing to publish more personal stories and op eds because they have a more universal appeal than articles about the day of protest itself.  Consider writing a piece that puts a human face on the illness, while still discussing the #MillionsMissing protest movement as part of your narrative.
Take a look at the articles below for where #MillionsMissing was covered, and if you have additional articles, be sure to mention them in the comments below!  If there are announcements for the protest to come in Northern Ireland or Norway, let us know and we will post them here and on the #MillionsMissing press page under news coverage.
