#MEAction welcomes our new deputy community organizer

Paige is a recent graduate from NC State University with a degree in biomedical engineering. She was diagnosed with POTS five years ago and has been inspired to make a difference for those living with chronic illness. Paige started a disability transportation service at her university and plans to use those collaborative skills as Deputy Community Organizer for #MEAction. She currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

I’m really excited to join the #MEAction team! Having experienced the ups and downs of an invisible chronic illness myself, I understand the agony that these diseases can cause. I am grateful for this opportunity, and determined to use the energy I have to make a difference.
