March 10th Sacramento screening of Forgotten Plague

Forgotten Plague, the new documentary about ME/CFS is screening at Reading Cinemas The Tower Theatre in Sacramento, CA at 6:30pm on March 10th, 2016.

This event will be hosted by the Yu Family. Please join them for a one night exclusive screening of the documentary, Forgotten Plague: M.E. and the Future of Medicine, to bring awareness, understanding and promote research for this medical mystery. Peer into the lives of those that have been forgotten by the healthcare system.

This film will tell of the long struggle of activists, many too sick to leave their beds, but desperate for answers. It will expose the history of indifferent government attitudes that got us to this point. Most of all, this film will tell the story of what it’s like to have life stolen from someone in his or her best years and to wonder why the most advanced societies on earth have nothing to offer, even as new people fall ill every day across the globe.
- Ryan Prior (Director)

After the film, please stick around for a brief talk and Q&A about ME/CFS.
Hurry and get your ticket! There are only 34 seats left as of this article. You can view event details and buy tickets ($12) by clicking the button below.
